Shipping Info

All products ship from Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada via Canada Post. We’re a small family operation and we’ll do our best to process your order within 1–2 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another email confirmation when your order has shipped. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following week. If you feel like your package is taking too long to get to you, please email us with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

 

Rates:

Free shipping for orders over $100 within Canada & USA

International orders: Shipping costs are based on real-time carrier rates and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times can vary depending on the destination. Email us if you have specific questions.

 

Taxes

Residents of British Columbia are subject to both GST and BC PST. Canadian customers outside of BC are subject to GST only. Residents outside of Canada will not be subject to sales tax. 

 

Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import tax determined by the destination country. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and service fees as determined by the mail carrier or customs officials.

Sustainability

Our goal is to be as plastic-free as possible. We source 100% recycled (40% post-consumer) natural kraft mailers and boxes. They’re totally recyclable too. Prints are packaged in archival quality, waterproof cello sleeves with 10% recycled content. 

 

Refund/Return/Exchange

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We’ll take returns or exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition. Contact us and we’ll work out a solution. If your order arrives damaged, email us asap with your order number and photo of the item’s condition and we’ll get something new in the mail.
